FusionGrove is experiencing rapid growth across APAC and has a great opportunity for an experienced Head of Strategic Vendor Alliances & Partnerships to join our growing team.
As the Head of Strategic Vendor Alliances & Partnerships you will have strong business acumen coupled with solid relationship building skills and extensive experience working with major vendors and their partners. The role is responsible for engaging with vendor executive management across the region and will hold overall responsibility to align FusionGrove to their go to market strategy, develop executive and field vendor relationships whilst taking our already successful vendor business to the next level.
In this role you will...
- Own the overall success of the Vendor Alliances & Partnership program across the APAC region.
- Develop and Implement the go-to-market strategy for tier 1 vendors at both the executive and field-level in the APAC region.
- Identify and develop vendor partnerships for FusionGrove to invest, resource that will ultimately create incremental growth in sales.
- Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level by generating innovative ideas for partnership & growth with Vendors, Large System
- Integrators, Telco’s and at the tactical level by creating sales campaigns with sales teams, monitoring execution, analyzing the outcome.
- Work with vendors and large partners to identify FusionGrove opportunities and create demand through our data driven selling models by target account selling strategies.
Experience you’ll require...
- 10+ years of relevant Channels/Alliances/Partner leadership experience in ANZ or APAC with direct vendor or distribution experience.
- Strong drive with tenacity and sense of urgency; in situations ability to make things happen and push through roadblocks
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, time management and organizational skills
- Openness and ability to be coached, passion for winning, persistence and determination
- Proven experience of translating opportunities into sales program value
- Enjoy a start-up culture and have strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills
